The video to the right consists of a series of HD clips shown on the side of one of our trucks designed to demonstrate the brightness, resolution, color range and clarity of the trucks. They are second to none.

Why 3D Billboard Trucks?

Our 3D video and image capable billboard trucks fall into the category of Out of Home (OOH) advertising. OOH’s main advantages over digital media delivered to phones and computers are that adverts are high impact and cannot be blocked, skipped or turned off. Our trucks are obviously digital so are referred to as Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising. Static LED Digital billboards are also referred to as DOOH.

While static DOOH works well, mobile DOOH has the potential to be even more effective because it has the ability to travel to high traffic areas, foot and vehicular, and target specific audiences. A second major advantage is that in the vast majority of cases, static billboards in GA are legally obliged to only display static images. Mobile digital billboards do not have that constraint so can display moving video. Moving video is tremendously more eye-catching than a static image. Considering the ‘travel to high traffic areas’ statement above, here is a video showing one of our trucks situated on the I85 north of the 285 intersection. According to the Georgia DOT, the traffic flow at this location is around 250,000 vehicles per day. A 10 second time slice on a static digital billboard that cycles your advert once every minute retails in the region of $9,000 per month (price quote from a major static billboard provider).

Considering the above statements regarding anamorphic and 3D video, large corporations are investing in very eye-catching anamorphic videos displayed on two screens abutted at 90 degrees. The majority of 3D anamorphic video advertising is in Asia, but is heading to the States, NYC leading the way. According to Shenzen Unit LED Company, NYC 3D anamorphic videos cost between $50,000 and $100,000 to produce, while 3D anamorphic capable screens in NYC, necessary to display the video, rent for $5000 to $50,000 per day and as much as $3,000,000 per month for exclusive placement. Corporations are THAT convinced this technology works.

This location is referred to as Spaghetti Junction and has one of the highest traffic counts in the nation only exceeded by some areas in California and New York.
